Pharma companies to interact with doctors and patients.
And even doctors were not able to do face to face interaction with their
patients.
So to solve this prob. Zydus come up with a solution and tied up with
“Remedo” a company which introduced an app that deal with Tele-
consultation.
This app includes no. of features such as add patients, add records,
appointments, payment, D.I.S.H.A. i.e. digital integrated smart health
assistant ( it includes some education content videos & audios )
It includes 2 apps i.e. Remedo for doctor & Remedo for patients.
Instead of giving some gifts, Zydus sales persons give the app to their
doctor which helps them to Interact with their patients.
This also helps the company to build strong bond with their doctors.

Launch mobile app to connect doctors and asthma patients.
• In the first-of-its-kind initiative, the ‘Respitrack’ APP developed by Sun
Pharma.
• Which enable doctors to track treatment progress of patients, and Increase
compliance to medication for better management of asthma, where
adherence to treatment is a challenge.
• The model will be replicated later in diabetes and other lifestyle ailments.
• According to WHO, India has an estimated 15-20 million asthmatic
patients, of which over 50% do not adhere to the treatment regimen.
• A majority of the non-adherence is on account of the patient’s forgetfulness
to take medicine on time & due to inadequate understanding of the
prescribed treatment.

11. CONCLUSION
• The study started with the aim to analyse the different
aspects of digital marketing. Based on the discussion it
has been found that in case of the digital marketing the
most important aspect is to connect with the users. The
ladder of engagement has shown the approaches to attach
with the customers. The study has also revealed that in
order to utilise the digital marketing in an effective way,
the companies are required to design an effective
platform. With the example of Pinterest the effectiveness
of a social media platform has been discussed. The
current trends in the digital marketing have also been
discussed in the study.
