2. Objectives of The Study
The main objective of this study is to identify the
Human Resource Management Practice of C.P
Bangladesh Co., Ltd.
The supportive objectives of this report will be:
To give a theoretical overview of HR
To know the organizational structure of various
department.
To suggest some policy recommendation for the
overall information of the organization.
Recruitment and Selection Process of the company.
Training and development of employees.
Reward and Employee benefit program.
Wage and salary administration.
Leave policy of C.P Bangladesh.
3. Methodology of the Report
In order to make a comprehensive and informative
project report very simple methodology has been used.
The basic method of the report is using some
questionnaire for collecting the basic information from
secondary sources. The secondary data has been
collected by the other sources of information. Different
data and information are required to meet the goal of this
report. Those data and information were collected from
various secondary sources which are showed below.

Different publication regarding Companying functions
Information about the organization from their company
profile
Web sites of C.P Bangladesh
4. Findings
The recruitment & selection process of C.P
Bangladesh is so good.
They hire qualified employees and also they used
to recruit unqualified employees also for their agro
project.
They hire qualified employees and also they used

Their training & Development is also good for
development of their employees.
There are some problems in their Recruitment and
Selection processes, which can not satisfied their
employees well.
5. Pay scale of C.P Bangladesh is not satisfactory
level for most of the employees.
Sometimes the workers do not obey regulations
regarding the leaves and holidays because of their
ignorance.
There is no system for external training course for
workers.
Although the company provides a good salary
structure than their competitors but I think it is not
enough for the worker to carry on their life.
Big no. of Application against few no. of vacancy. But
most of them are non-qualified.
Their promotion system is not fair.
Frequency of labor turnover.
6. Recommendation
The recruitment and Selection process of this
company need to be more fair and updated.
They need to recruit more qualified people to
take competitive advantage in to the market.
Their Training and Development process need
to be more updated, technology based.
They need to set up competitive Compensation
and Benefit plan.
They need to develop a fair promotion policy for
to motivate their employees.
They need to follow more the rules and
regulation of Labor Law-2006.
7. Conclusion
Therefore, I want to conclude that as a
multinational company the overall
performance of HRM department C. P.
Bangladesh Co., Ltd. is quite
satisfactory.
