Balancing Life

Télécharger pour lire hors ligne

Everything we do is either for pleasure or to avoid pain.

There is always a cost and benefit to an action taken.
PLEASURE
Is a primal human instinct after food, sleep and sex.

It depends on what we think of as pleasant or painful. Pleasure or pain is determined by what our brain interprets them as. If we learn to train our brain, and we can, then we can choose to feel a certain way. So we do what we do for pleasure or to avoid pain but  we can choose the way something makes us feel.
