5. Role Play
Scenario: Tim and Lisa work together as project
partners for EWEA. Bruk is a business consultant.
Tim and Lisa were evaluating the existing website
and are now supposed to present their findings
during a meeting. Tim and Lisa know already that
Bruk is doing a poor job, but they still have to
present their ideas and now have to make sure
their suggestions regarding the update and
restructuring of the website are being accepted by
Bruk.

6. Characters
• Bruk: actually a pharmacist changed his profession to
business consultant. He has no experience, talks a
lot, is very dominant while doing so and sexist
(ignores or does not take what a women says
seriously). He wants everyone to listen to what he is
saying and is convinced to be right.
• Lisa: is one of the two interns, she is very smart, has
good ideas, she is calm but still has strong opinions.
She doesn’t like Bruk’s attitude and thinks he talks
nonsense.
• Tim: is the second intern, also smart, more
extraverted then Lisa, a diplomat and shares Lisa’s
opinion about Bruk.
