Sr. Manufacturing Engineer: Sustaining
As the Sustaining Test Engineer for Production, I performed set-ups for RF Test
Stations. Main focus was to test Solid State Power Amplifier systems.
I was the communications link between RF Design Engineers for Initial, Environmental,
Post-Burn-In and Final electrical tests for all Ka, Ku, C and X-Band amplifier products.
Trained Production Test Technicians and updated documentation as needed within the
AS9100 Quality System.

Sr. Process Development Engineer for RF Microelectronics Hybrids
Precision Microelectronics eutectic die bonding process development for high frequency
Drivers, BUC (Block-Up Converters), Linearizers, Block Down Converters and
Amplifiers. Concentrated in inert atmosphere eutectic attach using gold / tin solder
preforms. Proto-type builds of hybrid multi-chip modules leading to Production lot

that are defect-free and reliable for finished products. Train co-workers in proper
