I want to be of service to the community in ways that create opportunities for people who don't always get a seat at the main table (so to speak). These days I feel that the best way I can achieve that is by helping people and organisations to think through how they work, and reaching their potential. It's not easy, but I believe that the conversations and the commitments that we make can be powerful forces for change. I have the privilege of leading Ruah in this journey, and hope that I can also be of service to others.
