• Business Documentation Specialist – Lead procedure Technical Writer supporting Direct
to Consumer and Home Community Mortgage (KB Homes) origination channels. Develop
both core origination process procedures and regulatory policy standards that impact the
business. Key initiatives include:
o Worked with leadership to implement a Level of Effort (LOE) evaluation model to be
used as a benchmark to evaluate a writer’s effort on specific projects to be used in
the semi-annual/annual review process.
o Lead the writing effort converting Direct to Consumer to a new LOS (Encompass)

Lending – Relocated from Denver, CO to Dallas, TX to lead and grow an existing customer
support call center that supported mortgage brokers using the channels front-end user
technology. Nationstar made a strategic decision to exit the wholesale lending space
December 2013. Key initiatives included:
o Redesigned the call centers process workflows, developed supporting procedures,
identified technology gaps by participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with our
IT department.
o Lead a team of 8 Sales Assistants (SA) with a plan to add an additional 7 SA’s to
support forecasted channel growth. Implemented a client relationship management
