windshield replacement, repair and other related keywords in April 2015 in
the top 11 cities in BC. (See slides 15-25)
• About 50% completed on a mobile device
• There are 21 Certified Glass locations in these cities
• Suggested Google PPC AD bid rates are high
• Google and YELP are most prevalent online review sites
• There is no online directory for ARA certified shops
• All shops must fend for themselves for online marketing
• No social media presence for certified shop network
• Unable to find a mobile app for group.
