Established in 2005, Tax Solution is a consultancy company that has begun its activity
with accountancy services with a very specific market target: Chinese investors in
Portugal
Presently, Tax Solution has many different departments and services able to support
all over the world foreigner investors in Portugal, either companies or individuals

6. SET-UP OF COMPANIES
Choose a business name and define the company's purpose
Register your Portuguese business at a Commercial Registry Office
Open a business bank account for deposit the initial capital
Declare commencement of activity at the local Tax Office Authority and request a
password
Register as an employer at the local Social Security office abd request a password
Communication at the Employment Public Authority

8. TAX REPRESENTATION FOR FOREIGNER INVESTORS
Accompany the client to the Tax Authority to identify the tax representative
Receive any tax authorities letters and notifications
Intermediate with the tax authorities for any tax issue
Control and issue any tax payment due in Portugal (IMI, Personal Income tax, when
applicable)
Issue monthly rental receipts, when applicable
File yearly the annual personal income tax when applicable
Preparation of any accountancy document needed for the Golden Visa process and
following renewals
