Biometrics today are catching on rapidly in the area of security, to protect vital information from falling into the wrong hands and preventing access to secure environments. One of the most important challenges that enterprises face in the digital world is the protection of valuable data. The increasing threat of cybercrime calls for new, innovative methods for data protection and the next phase of identification. Biometric data is personally identifiable information using physiological or behavioural traits, for authenticating devices or secure areas. At Fujitsu we have long been a pioneer in PalmVein technology and in this session you will hear how we are driving new standards and helping our customers protect their vital data and environments.
