Standardizing and optimizing processes across different company units and business models at HOERBIGER and aligning them with the IT-architecture – this is the goal of project STREAM. It is currently one of the major change projects within the HOERBIGER group, which occupies a leading position in operational areas as compression technology and drive technology. Thomas Kriechbaum, Chief Process Officer, and Teja Ullrich, Head of Corporate IT - Applications, will provide an overview of the STREAM project and HOERBIGER´s expectations of the use of the new ERP system SAP S/4 HANA – the backbone of HOERBIGER´s future.
