Less than 25% of creative ideas are generated in office spaces, the rest happens outside the office or in employees’ personal time. End users have driven innovation more than corporate ICT in many areas over recent years. In this session, we will explore new ways of working and discuss both threats and opportunities. We will share social, demographic and technology trends and discuss the impact on your employees, work styles, leadership culture, as well as corporate ICT. We will show scenarios on future workplaces, how to empower employees, control security, and chose the right devices. The session will help your organization leverage the potential of modern workplaces, in the process becoming an attractive employer for new talent and reasserting the strategic role of the CIO.
