 Discuss what you are doing
 Discuss what you are learning (successes, challenges, do differently) and how it is
informing your leadership
 “I used to think . . . Now I think”
 What questions are you asking?
 *Discuss how your experience is contributing to student learning

 Required title for reflections: RE: Kusche Reflection #1
 (16 reflections for the year—eight per semester)
 Send reflections to both your university supervisor & Glenn

 1 submission mid-August
 2 submissions each month Sept, Oct, Nov
 (Around the 1st & 15th)
 1 submission Mid-December
 2nd Semester ~ 8 Reflections
 2 submissions each month Jan, Feb, Mar, April
 (Around the 1st & 15th)

 Complete “Standards Self-Inventory,” review Standards Self-Inventory
with mentor, begin to identify (draft) possible projects (one for each of
the state standards)
 Continue work on Learning Environment Profile (LEP)
 Reflections & Log Hours
 Finish 1st draft of your Platform of Educational Beliefs Paper ~ ungraded
 Map out draft of your substitute calendar
 Join AWSP--internship membership
 Discuss and register for Conferences for the year
