Years ago, a publisher and her principals lashed out in a very public manner given this author stood his ground regarding contract performance. This author left matters with a detailed, verifiable response published. There was no interest for matters to escalate. Years later, reconciliation came about in the form of a written letter of reference and confidence from the former publisher to this author. Perceived as a symbol of reconciliation that was always possible ... an outcome always recommended. Now, there are those who seem to appreciate the value of leadership and management in all that has taken its course ... and arrived full circle.
Cheers,
