FENATRAN - International Transport Industry Trade Fair- is the reference event as to the area of products and services for cargo transporters and logistic operators. With over 35 years of tradition, the fair promotes the closing of new deals and the dynamic exhibition of global launches intended to thousands of transportation sector professionals interested in closely knowing the latest trends for the segment Simultaneous to the exhibition, the Fenatran Experience is held at the Sambadrome in Anhembi. In an innovative and unusual way the main truck manufacturers put their products to the test in the hands of potential buyers. In its first edition, the automakers MAN, VOLVO, Mercedes Benz, Scania, International, Iveco and Sinutruck attended Fenatran Experience. Over 5,000 km were driven. 4,000 transportation professionals had a unique opportunity of taking a test drive in the most modern truck models in the market and decide on future acquisitions. Total success in 2013: • Presence of 370 companies; • 94% of exhibitors were satisfied in 2013; • 100% of intention to return in 2015; • 130.000 square meters of exhibition area; • More than 61.345 buyers; • 98% of visitors were satisfied in 2013; • 77% of visitors intend to return in 2015; • + 50% of visitors participate ot the purchasing decision process; • +20 million predicted impacts in press media; • 1513 generated news; • Fenatran Daily Newspaper: 60,000 copies.

Welcome to RINA SeaView! This edition of RINA’s acclaimed annual magazine focuses on the thriving cruise market. Join us as we review the state of the international cruise market, the latest innovative technical advances and explore the ever-growing commercial opportunities in the Chinese market. 2015 was an exciting year as we saw an increase in the use of alternative design and subsequent classifications and certifications, as the marine industry continued to demand bigger and more environmentally-conscious ships, and as the first LNG cruise ships were classed by RINA. However, the importance of safety, security, environmental responsibility, asset performance maintenance and the use of competent personnel remain key areas of focus for the marine industry. To respond to this clear market need, RINA further developed its asset management software solution InfoShip EGO. We would also like to thank our customers Costa Group, Silversea Cruises, Fincantieri, and T.Mariotti for their contributions.
