Module 1:
S.W.O.T analysis/self assessment
• S - strength (what you good at)
• W - weaknesses (what you need to improve on)
• O - Opportunity (is air...is everywhere)
• T - Threats (challenges/set back)...internal or
micro(self...75%)/external or macro(excuse we give
ourself)

• A - attainable or achieveable
• R - realistic or relevant

Types of goals
• - short term goals(0 - 12months)
• - medium term goals(2 - 4years)

Zig Ziglar’s Wheel of Life
• The Wheel of Life is a way of showing us how we need to
distribute our time, our focus, and where we need to set
goals.
Most of us can focus heavily in one or a few areas. The
issue with that is we leave the others unattended. When we
do that, we miss out on important areas of life.
