To Open A New Slide:-
Type “powerpnt” in the run command
One can customize the short key for opening a new slide i.e. Right
click on the power point icon-> In the short key box put “Ctrl + Alt +
V”(any alphabet of your choice)->Apply->Ok.

To insert a business logo and that has to appear on all
the slide. To avoid adding it manually on every slide –
select the slide then – view(toolbar)- Slide Master – Insert
– Picture(option)- select the required picture `- Insert.
Once the picture gets tagged you ‘ll see that
automatically it appears on all the slide. As required
position the same in the header and you can resize the
picture as well.
As the formatting done close the slide master view.

When there is a requirement to add files which could be accessed from others'
system as well then click on InsertObjectCreate file fromSelect the
fileDisplay as icon ok
Note:Case1-In case you select an option Display as icon then to access the file while
running the presentation we need to skip the slide view. To avoid such situation
we should not go for Display as icon then we can have the data displayed.
Case2- When you want the audience to have the file then opt for
“Display As Icon "option. Easier to save the file.

Add New Slide and/ or Duplicate Slide:- We have options to add new or duplicate slide(as per requirement).
When you have several slides and you require to navigate among them, there are three ways to do so.
You can select Design option in the Toolbar for different slide templates.
Note:- There are various forms of Chart. It could be used as per requirement. Other options available are different type of shapes(with the use of which you can draft a flowchart – to depict a process flow); insert pictures etc.
