One was a mill expansion and update the other mining and water treatment expansions.  Successfully managed the commissioning and start up of all electrical installations at the main plant facility to an operational state and stake holder acceptance. PETRO CANADA EBLA GAS FIELD - SYRIA) Nov 2009 - May 2010 Commissioning Supervisor/Maintenance Supervisor) While working in a foreign venue with a multinational African workforce we were successful in bringing this gas plant, compressor plant and pipe line project to completion only 6 days past scheduled first gas. As a member of the electrical commissioning/management team sent to Syria by Suncor, I consider this project a particularly rewarding event in my career. The environment, culture and workforce presented unique challenges to its successful completion. LONG LAKE NEXEN PROJECT 2007-2009 Debottlenecking project Electrical Commissioning and start up Co-0rdinator This Project was the second phase of the Nexen Long lake project. It was my responsibility to manage all aspects of the commissioning process as shown perviously. The project itself had
  4. 4. many issues from engineering to vendor equipment issues that were impediments to meeting project goals. With the help of excellent technicians under my supervision, and, dedication to problem solving the project did get on line and operated successfully from an electrical prospective. LONG LAKE PROJECT: PROCESS AND FACILITIES PLANT Fort McMurray, Alberta 2007 - 2008 Electrical Commissioning and start up Co-ordinator At the Nexen project I was first hired on as an electrical technician to test and start the electrical equipment on site for the multimillion dollar project. As the scope of work, and number of personal increased I was selected and promoted to coordinator status. I embraced this expressed confidence in me very seriously and I dedicated myself totally to the project and position. This was a important advancement in my career; I must succeed, and did. As a result of that success OTSl continued to position me in several future projects in the coordinator role as shown by the preceding positions. The experience gained throughout my career in maintenance, construction and supervision were the building blocks for that success. FLINT ENERGY SERVICE 2006 - 2007 Senior Foreman/Supervision of Junior Foreman Firebag Stage II, Expansion After completing my term as construction foreman (refer to position below) I was promoted to this senior foreman position. I was responsible for junior foremen overseeing their performance and managing personnel acquisitions and technical input. I continued in that position until I was offered a more lucrative and a “career advancement” position at the Nexen Long lake project. FLINT ENERGY SERVICES Fort McMurray, Alberta 2005 - 2006 Foreman, Suncor Project Firebag Stage II  15 - 20 man crew  Responsible for safety and mentoring of personnel  Technical support and decision making while building the S.A.G.D. facility.  Manage material equipment and personnel,.  Daily progress and issue reporting.  Develop daily execution and look ahead projections.  Anticipate and mitigate any issues that would impede progress.

MERIT CONSULTANTS: SNIPPER CREEK COMINCO GOLD MINE PROJECT Northern B.C. 1997 - 1999 Project Manager/Consultant I was asked to work this project as a result of my abilities displayed while working for Merit on the Mcdame project. (Refer to Merit consultants Mcdame project below)  Managed the construction of all electrical aspects of an underground conveyor system and Arial tram modification and removal including high and low voltage distribution MCC's and switchgear.  In charge of electrical contractors  Quality control and commissioning of installation  Safety and performance administration  Co-ordinate vendors, contractors and clients to achieve deadlines  Project brought to completion. Snip Creek was a highly profitable gold mine and operated until the ore body was depleted. KUMTOR OPERATING COMPANY Republic of Kyrgystan 1995 - 1997 Electrical Supervisor/Trainer  Day-to-day maintenance and running repairs of C.I.P. gold mine  Training of both technical skills and proper trade practices  Modification and up-grading of mine site wide electrical systems  Supervising of all major electrical projects on site  A work force of 16 national electricians at one time  Installation and maintenance of high voltage distribution (11KV/13.8KV/5KV)  Completed the 2 year contract. MERIT CONSULTING: MCDAME PROJECT CASIAR ASBESTOS Northern, B.C. 1994-1995 Project Manager/Consultant The Mcdame project was another pivotal moment in my career as I advanced from a construction electrician, working for a contracting company on site, to being recruited by the Construction Management team, Merrit Consultants, to a supervisory/consultant position. I was responsible for solving many issues on the project thusly my recruitment by Merit.The following denotes the requirements of that position.
  6. 6.  Total electrical installation of the mine  Overseeing two electrical contracting firms  Installation of camp civil buildings, administration building and 500 ton TPD mill along with major compressing and electrical generating stations  Installation and testing 4-5 KV generators including switch gear and distribution OMAI GOLD MINE Guyana, South America 1991 - 1993 Foreman/Trainer  28 nationals on crew at one time  In charge of day-to-day running of an 18,000 TPD mill  Training in both classroom and field sessions  Modifications and general up-grading of mill and auxiliary services including 24 mega watts (13.8KV) of diesel generated power from design input with engineering of these projects to commissioning.
