Mandatory Worksite Protection Plan Review Checklist Completion
Effective immediately Safeworking personnel who have been allocated work for
Infraworks must complete a “Worksite Protection Plan Review Checklist” through
the Assignar App for every shift completed.
Even if you have not completed a WPP or are working with another PO on the same
WPP it is still a mandatory requirement to complete the Review Checklist
The first question asks if you have completed a WPP, if you haven’t, simply answer
“No” and submit your form. If you have answered “Yes” continue completing the
form before submitting, and ensure a photo of your WPP has been uploaded
Failure to complete a “Worksite Protection Plan Review Checklist” means that you
will not be able to submit your timesheet through the Assignar App.
Please note: The “Worksite Protection Plan Review Checklist “must be accessed
through your allocation for a successful submission in Assignar.
If you are having technical issues accessing the form or uploading your completed
one, please contact allocations or your safeworking manager to resolve issue.
