Aisling Hanby
Managing Director
Gemma Randles
Creative Director
Aisling Hanby is co-founder of Koh Creative
and our Managing Director. She graduated with
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design
from the University for the Creative Arts in
Surrey. Aisling is the face of Koh Creative, with
natural communication skills, she loves chasing
opportunities and expanding Koh’s brand
awareness. With experience as a designer, she
bridges the communication gap between the
client and the design team, a vital flaw which she
recognised elsewhere in the industry.
Gemma Randles is not only one of Koh Creative’s founders
but also our Creative Director. She graduated with a
Distinction in Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic and Media
Design from the University of Wales. Gemma has a strong
passion for design and this is illustrated in all of the projects
Koh undertakes. She has previous experience Art Directing
for an extensive list of clients such as Guinness, Smirnoff,
Bank of Ireland, Renault, Avonmore and UPC, just to name a
few. Gemma’s forte is in her exemplary time-management
and organisational skills; a unique trait of a designer. She
enjoys working on new briefs which require unique and
strategical thinking, an imperative characteristic.

Paula McKenna has over 15 years experience within the
Creative Industry. Having gained a first class honours degree
in Visual Communications, Paula entered the communication
industry as a graphic designer specialising in corporate
and brand initiatives. Over this time Paula became Creative
Director of a Dublin based advertising agency, handling a
creative team of 15 people and having direct contact with
national and international clients. Paula has worked on
corporate, retail, f&b and not-for profit accounts providing
an exceptional level of industry proven creativity & innovation
across all media. Her reach has spread far and wide and
Paula has worked on accounts in Ireland, The UK, Spain,
Portugal and the US. She joined Koh Creative to co-ordinate
the creative talent and to manage Koh’s largest accounts.
Her creative mantra is: “what if, what else, why not?!”
With experience in both corporate and creative
environments, Andrew has developed a
diverse skill set in design, problem solving,
artistic direction, layout, copywriting and
typography that is matched only by his passion
for delivering timely & accurate results with
enthusiasm, whatever the brief. Having worked
in a wide variety of challenging and dynamic
environments in his native Australia, the UK
and Ireland including most recently the Book
of Kells iPad App, Andrew posses a keen eye
for conveying visual communication both
commercially and artistically.
