Geoff Sims.
We exist purely to serve the needs of the recruitment
profession, in-house recruitment teams and leaders of teams.
We offer consultancy support and focused leadership
development within the recruitment agency sector in the form
of leadership training, and coaching & mentoring.
Our advice and guidance banks on Geoff's 33 years of
experience in industry, with 18 years at managing director level.

6. Geoff Sims
Geoff began his professional career as an accountant with Unilever,
Litton Industries and the Hunting Group.
In 1984 he transitioned into recruitment, joining the Hays team in Leeds
as a trainee consultant. Over the next 20 years he went on to play a
critical role in the establishment of Hays businesses across the UK.
His career path included being promoted to a series of directorships
within Hays in Accountancy and Finance, Office Support and Contact
Centres. In 2011 he became Managing Director for the West and Wales
region, with all the Hays businesses in the region falling under his
leadership.
Globally Geoff’s footprint extends to establishing the Hays business in
Sweden. He was actively involved in early ventures in the Netherlands
that led to acquisition and growth of the business there.
