ACTIVITY REPORT

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT:
o participation in a workshop entitled "Common diet - Mediterranean diet"
organized by the Cascino hotel management high school in cooperation with
AIGU (Italian Youth Association for UNESCO);
o thematic activities carried out within the "Healthy Lifestyle - nutrition"
project
o preparation activities in order to participate in the LTTA activities organized
by the partner school in Lithuania;
o communication with partners – via WhatsApp, Facebook, and e-mail.
OBJECTIVES ACHIEVED:
the involvement of students and parents in an education process for a healthy
diet;
awareness of the importance of the Mediterranean diet and a healthy lifestyle;
learning ways to combine and cook basic nutrients
development of socialization and language skills;
enriching the horizon of knowledge through intercultural exchange with
partner schools;
promotion of inclusive didactic strategies and "working in harmony".
RESULTS:
the experience gained as a result of the participation in LTTA from
Lithuania;
assimilation of information and knowledge about healthy eating;
exchange of good practices for an inclusive school;
experimenting with Italian cuisine;
ebook with culinary recipes, made together with partners.
