My design philosophy to produce the “TRUE CUSTOM HOME” plans
The design of a house is personal and should reflect the way you live, work and play.
A well designed home should offer a sense of security, shelter, sanctuary, as well as, a
sense of pride in ownership by providing a place for people to congregate.
I am committed to produce designs that embrace the design standards and values of
my clients and will adapt all of my designs to fit those requirements, as well as,
culture and heritage. My designs will reflect the taste, habits and personalities of the
people that will occupy the space.
My design process begins with an interview and information is gathered. What do you
want your new home to do for you? How do you live? What are your present needs?
What are your future needs? I will use the information to determine your
special requirements. These needs will be processed to produce your floor plan.
Several options can be presented for you so you can have input on your home design.
Once a design is chosen; drawings are completed and the project can move into the
bidding stage. I will offer my experience assisting in determining a budget and
construction management skills to produce a successful project.
