This document discusses experiments with democratic and agile organizational structures at Haufe-umantis AG. It describes how the company has experimented with leadership elections, democratic decision making on strategy, team recruiting, network cells, 360 degree feedbacks, and shared information. The goal is to transform the company from a traditional hierarchy to a more democratic and agile structure over 10,000 hours of experiments. It also discusses the challenges of transforming an organization from a traditional "command and control" structure.
