2. Supporting documents
• Appointment confirmation
• Printout of Online visa form
• Cover letter
• Original of the letter of invitation issued by the relevant Ukrainian university
• Fee receipt from institution
• Passport with validity at least 3 month from the departure date.
• Two Photo size 35 x45
• Travel insurance minimum coverage of Euro 30000

3. Supporting documents
• Original of the diploma of the previous graduation establishment and appendix with
disciplines/marks apostilled and translated into Ukrainian, translation to be certified by
translator with his Diploma and signature;
• Medical certificate (apostilled and translated into Ukrainian, translation to be certified by
translator with his Diploma and signature);
• Birth certificate (apostilled and translated into Ukrainian, translation to be certified by
translator with his Diploma and signature)
• Sponsor last 2 years Income tax return with computation of taxes/form 16.

4. Supporting documents
• Sponsor Affidavit of support. Sponsor Source of Income like pay slips, or business proof.
• Sponsor Bank statement having minimum balance of USD 2500 for the last 3 Month.
• Travel Ticket
Copy of the Original documents submitted along with the Visa Application

5. Documents to be translated and
Apostilled from official translator
• Birth certificate
• School leaving certificate
• Transcript/School results
• Bachelor degree diploma/ transcript to Bachelor
• Medical certificate

6. Photo specification
• A Photograph submitted with the application form should comply with the following
specifications:
• Must be an up to date photograph (not more than 6 months old)
• Must be a colour photograph printed on normal photographic paper
• Should be passport sized 3,5 х 4,5 сm
• Face should take 70-80% of the photograph
• The size of the face from the bottom of your chin to the hairline must be between 31mm and 36mm
• The background shall be plain and light coloured
• Without sunglasses
• Without hat or other head covering unless you wear this for religious reasons
• Spectacles should not have toned or reflecting glasses
• The frame of the spectacles may not cover the eyes

7. Visa form
• There is a online form which student need to fill and then take a printout of the same. Visa
form can be found in below link-

8. Appointment for Visa file submission
at VFS Ukraine
• After completing visa form, Please collect all documents and visa form and visit VFS center to
submit your visa application.
• There is no appointment required to submit visa application.

9. Visa fee
• Visa fee is USD 85 which will be paid while submitting documents at VFS center through cash.
• Apart from Visa fee there is some VFS service charges of Rs. 1776/- and Convenience fee of Rs.
650/- to be paid in cash.

10. Processing time
• Usually decision on a visa application is made within a period of 10-30 calendar days excluding
day of submission. It is advised to submit visa application at least 30 calendar days before the
intended visit. A visa application cannot be submitted earlier than three months before the
intended date of travel.
