pollutants are also increasing rapidly.
The issue of industrial pollution has taken on grave importance for
agencies trying to fight against environmental degradation.
This smoke contaminates water, releases unwanted toxins into the air
and reduces the quality of soil all over the world.
3. YOUR SOLUTION
Our main objective is to make the residues coming out of
the chimneys more environmental friendly to an extent by
using the concept of Carbon-di-oxide capture.
4. TECHNOLOGY
The solution we have found for this problem is by using the principle of
electrostatics in which the device catches the pollutants and releases the
cleaned gas to the atmosphere through a stack.
The assembly consists of a metal strainer which is negatively charged and
above it positively charged stacked layers of aluminium honeycomb
structure which is internally lined with polyethylenimine which is used for
Carbon-di-oxide capture

Countries like USA and Europe have already paced up in this sector, whereas
some Asian countries including India has not yet started developing in this
sector.
And thus this problem is not just affecting the country but the world as a whole.
Therefore, there is a major need of this technology in India.
