Sharon Cooper of the Government Digital Service discusses building digital government services that people choose to use. She notes that people want to use digital services, including for government, and that GDS aims to create services so good that people opt to use them. Cooper also talks about assisting those unable to use digital and ensuring older people can access services, as well as making services like power of attorney registration cheaper, faster and available online.
