Group work activity with mental health clients Subject- Occupational therapy in mental health care Course- 3th Teacher – Marianna Harutyunyan Students- GoharShiroyan, FrajetaAghajanyan, RuzanKhachikyan, MenuaGrigoryan
mental hospital  The group work was done in number 1 mental hospital located in NorqMarash, which was founded in 1965, and supported by state. Here persons with different age, sex receive treatment by psychiatrists, psychologist, doctors, social worker, and occupational therapist.
The stracture of group The group was closed and small. The group members were chosen by suggestion of occupational therapist and psychologist. The clients were chosen considering their psychological condition which was comparatively stable. The group members were four men, from 47 to 58 years old.
the OPI of this clients  The OPI of this clients is absent of meaningful occupation.
The intervention plan  To make decorations using  color papers, coffee grains, artificial leaves and flowers. Also to organize sessions, where the clients should  paint different compositions, which will give them meaningful occupation. Long term goal During 8 sessions clients will make decorations and paint which will give them meaningful occupation. Short term goals To give necessary space for sessions 		 					 To give necessary materials Cooperation with MDT meeting   To show examples of work and the way of making such kind of  decorations

Rezults Thus this work gave them meaningful occupation for some time, promoted to develop their creative ideas, improved their relations and cooperation with others.
