Li Shenhao, LEED AP BD+C, ND, Energy Rater, CYGBC member, GBPP founding member, works as Operation Manager for Bureau Veritas. He has years of experience in sustainable design, city-level sustainability consultancy, environmental impact assessment and project management. Mr. Li Shenhao is an expert at assessment of life cycle of green building, carbon footprint assessment, single and low-rise residential energy rating and latest environmental technologies and energy efficiencies. He possesses in-depth knowledge about the green building rating system and its relevant standards, including new construction building, commercial interiors, core & shell, neighbourhood development and existing building and very familiar with related technologies, including building integrate sustainable design, envelope, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, etc. He has served as a sustainability consultant/project manager for more than 50 green building projects.

Recommendation: Optimize the AHU control schedule
based on the store business hours and then put the AHU

The chilled water pump is equipped with Variable
Frequency Driver (VFD), but there is no control on it. The
frequence is at 50HZ all time. No energ saving.

Recommendation: Use the existing control system to
control the VFD based on the conditions of the cooling
load
