Even though the electric forklift is a bit expensive to purchase,
the operation costs are far lower.
Fuel consumptions:
Diesel: 4,62€ / operation hour
LPG: 3,9€ / operation hour
Electric: 1,18€ / operation hour!

Even though the electric forklift is a bit expensive to purchase,

The maintenance cost:
Diesel: 2,0€ / operation hour
LPG: 1,8€ / operation hour

Even though the electric forklifts need the battery changed, it is very easy to carry
it out.
Two or more shifts application :
You need to have a charged standby battery.
While the first is being charged, the standby is in operation.
5-8 operation hours per charging-discharging cycle!

Easy-peasy
Regular battery handling:
Only need to check the level of acid , but it could be automated.
Battery can be easily changed with special equipment.
Only need to switch on the full automated charger.
Takes 10 minutes a day!

All seasons, even in the rain!
Outdoor installation:
All electric equipment is strongly protected by IP 64
Fully closed comfort cab
Proper LED lighting
Large tires for bad road surface!

10. But the truth is:
The efficiency is the same - or nearly the same – as engine forklifts.
Performances:
3 t capacity diesel truck: 35Kw.
Collective performance of a 3 t capacity electric truck: 41Kw.
Diesel forklift speed: 17Km/h.
Electric forklift speed: 16Km/h.
Only one third of downtime due to maintance!

The electric has an even longer lifetime
Lifetime:
Diesel: 14.000 operation hours
LPG: 14.000 operation hours
Electric: 18.000 operation hours
Battery life cycle: 1.500 charging-discharging cycles (it is 18.000 op.h with two batteries)
No internal combustion engine, but AC technology!
