Directly responsible to manage corporate customers portfolio.
Primarily Responsable for the Sourcing of high value Current Accounts, Savings Account(
High net worth and ultra net worth), Overdraft facility, Business Loans.Trade and forex.
Responsable for Selling for Home loan and Working capital Loans.
Ensure consistent growth of the Business Banking portfolio
Synergize for maximum penetration of business banking products, trade, forex and Insurance & Investment sales to
new / existing customers.
Ensure top class service delivery to clients to be in line with the best in the industry for being the dedicated one
point of contact for these customers.
Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referencing.
Ensure Profitability of the portfolio: Generate high income per customer
Monitor high net worth accounts closely to ensure that customers continue regular use the account and grow
balances.
Work towards reactivating accounts, which have stopped transacting or depleted in balances.
Develop marketing plan to identify corporate relationships within the accepted industries. Solicit new corporate
relationships. Ensure quality of portfolio is satisfactory
Build a robust momentum in regards to the third party distribution (insurance, auto loans, and mortgages) and fee
income to scale up the client portfolio growth,in line with the set targets
Manage customer?s issues on service or investment needs. Escalate if required.
Probe and identify requirements to provide appropriate solutions to the customers.
Ensure awareness and adherence with the Know Your Customer policy, Anti
Money. Laundering Policy, Mis-selling Policy, Information Protection Policy,
Operational Risk, Code of Conduct and other laid down compliance norms of the bank as stipulated from time to
time
