I have worn many hats in my career and have worked and learned about the meaning of being a good leader through trial and error as a manger . Hiring Mangers working for the sports industry TARGET AUDIENCE Hiring and Recruiting Mangers Outreach Plan: • I will make sure I am prepped with a digital and physical portfolio of my work and photos I have completed including my work in the newspaper and online. • I will start by sending an email to the hiring and recruiting team introducing myself and explaining why I would be a good fit for their company. • I will follow up with them in 2 weeks in a respectful and timely manner with a follow up phone call or email. Los Angles Lakers Shelby Gregory Outreach Plan: • I will proofread my resume and update it where needed including my school, my skills, and my future endeavors. • I plan on sending Shelby and email explaining who I am and why I believe I am a good fit for Callaway Golf. • I will follow up with her within a week in a professional manner. Human Resources Specialist at Callaway Golf Hiring and recruiting mangers Outreach Plan: • I will first speak to Stephen who is my former district manger at Vans as well as gather my resume, experience, and portfolio. • First, I want to reach out to Stephen and then email the hiring and recruiting mangers. • I will follow up on them within a month as I know Vans is a extremely busy company. GOALS Short Term: Graduation 2024 • Grow my brand by 30% and work on my professional website ‣ When I graduate in 2024, I would have like to grown my brand by at least 30%, this includes updating and working on my linkdn profile and making my own website where I can showcase what I do and who I am as a professional. Mid Term: January 2026 • Have found a professional internship in my field ‣ I hope to have grown my professional brand by 50%. I want to have found a professional internship in my field and be working and networking in my internship. Long Term: January 2030 • Working in media for sports entertainment. ‣ By January 2030, I am hoping to have achieved my goal and have a job in the sports industry. I hope to have networked and grown my professional brand another 30% and hope that when I am searched I have at least 3 links on the first page.

I will also start my own sports blog so I can connect with fans and viewers on a more personal level so they get to know who the person behind the camera is.
