A history of delivering
information on the go
The Queensland Police Service needed help gathering
information on the go.
We developed an application that allowed offices to search for
information by car, name, or license number. The app flags crucial
information and creates on the spot reports for officers in order
for them to assess any potential threats.
This new and unique technology reduces officer’s admin time
on the road, allows for on-the-go information capturing, increases
accuracy, and keeps our police safe.

Our client announced a $2 billion, 5-year program, with focuses
spanning from customer and digital to sustainability.
We created ‘The Control Room’ using The Lens, a purpose
built tool that provided a 360-degree view of the organisation.
This state of the art program delivery centre offered the client a
bird’s eye view of the task at hand.
It allowed for goals, strategies, and projects to be visualized
which in turn allowed them to see previously invisible data
and uncover valuable insights. As a result stakeholders
better understood the program and decision-making
Coates Hire was losing time and money
on administration tasks.
We created a paperless stocktake
application which allowed tracking of all
stock, giving staff the time they needed to

The application was installed on 440
devices and reduced the time taken on
stock take from two days to three hours,
a 1600% improvement. The error rate also
dropped from 30% to 1.5%.

way to recommendations for a practical,
results driven reform model.

Medicare Defense needed a simple program to manage the health
needs of their 80,000 defense personnel across 54 locations.
We set up a Project Management Office, which included program
management and scheduling, organisational change, communications,
and project management to determine the program’s readiness and flag
any functionality problems.
In light of our recommendations, 5,000 medical specialists, allied health
professionals, and hospitals were brought in. New fees and invoicing
arrangements were established, as was a dedicated Call Centre.
