Lighthouse Event Code ™
The Lighthouse Event Code ™ (structured as <lhip-code>) is providing an easy
to use grouping of all legal events. From over 2000 different events, 20
groups have been created to provide easy access and understanding to
events and to the group that they belong to.
Renewal fee paid, annuity paid, update fee paid all relate to the actual status
of a patent, and through the event code is becomes very simple to identify.
The lhip-code-description provides the description of the actual section in
each event record.
