À propos
I'm a software professional with experience in application training, client support, new customer implementations, project management, business analysis, interaction design, and user research. Experienced in agile product design and development methodologies, and working with SaaS products.
All of these experiences have taught me to be an advocate for customers, view situations and challenges from a variety of angles, and be resourceful. I enjoy tackling complex problems. I'm always up for a challenge, to learn something new, or to experiment with new ways of doing things.
