We build. From the ground up, we can create a
building to your specification. We can then take care

lift shaft and decision are made in brief lift journeys -
no-one gets hired or fired on the stairs. The lift is the
lifeblood of your building, it’s the first part to be built,

too in the form of our 24/7 365 UK based service desk. When
you call this number, a man in a suit does not turn up to assess
the problem; you get a man in a van, fully equipped and ready
to do the job. Your site will be assigned multi-skilled engineers
who will be familiar with the building through our planned
maintenance and know the site protocols. Should specialist
service partners or additional materials be required, our teams
have smart technology to enable us to efficiently deploy
resources to your site and you can simply login to the Elite real
time portal to follow their progress. There’s no drama, just a
lot of action.
Of course, it’s not just boots on the ground; it’s legislative
compliance, technical requirements, risk assessments and log
