2. Here, you can see that I did a survey to understand
what aspects of health I should focus on for my advert.
The first question I asked was linked to exercise and
overall, I had come to the realisation that exercise is not
a massive issue for the group I surveyed and therefore
although it seems healthy through the sample of people
I did, I will still include it and focus on it as this is still a
widespread issue.
3. Here, you can see I need to focus on making the
message of having 5 fruits/vegetables a day as most
people I surveyed do not do this even though it is
massively important. This is also a wide spread issue
therefore I should make sure to focus on this.
4. Here, you can see I need to focus on trying to make
people a lot more healthier as most people I surveyed
do not do this even though it is massively important.
This is also a wide spread issue therefore I should
make sure to focus on this.
5. Here, you can see I need to focus on trying to make
people a lot more healthier through there diets as most
people I surveyed do not do this even though it is
massively important. This is also a wide spread issue
therefore I should make sure to focus on this.
6. Here, you can see the things I should reference when it
comes to giving people motivation. There are of course
many other things that can help with getting motivated
but these will be the main ones I reference.
7. Here, you can see the things I should reference when it
comes to giving people motivation and why it is okay to
have unhealthy foods in moderation and turning a
negative into a positive.
8. Here, you can see some of the best ways some young
adults exercise which I will make sure to reference in
my advert.

10. Audience Profile
Demographics
In the UK, roughly 51.3% of my target audience are male and
48.7% female. This means that 15.1% of the total population is my
target audience.
Average age: 17
Average Social Grade: E
Psychographics: Mainstreamers and explorers
Overall, using the feedback from my questionnaire and focus group,
I have realised that there are questions that are unanswered in
which I will use a podcast to answer them with detail. I will focus on
getting active as that is a core which can be integrated with eating
healthy as both issues that had came up have quite a few
similarities. I learnt that my audience like social media (In particular
TikTok/Youtube) therefore I should try and integrate this style into
my TV Advert so then my target audience will not be bored by the
style of the advert. For example, the pace of the advert will be much
faster and include more comedy with valuable information still
involved.

12. Audience Profile
In addition, over half of my target audience is male which means that things such as gaming is fairly
popular with my target audience. Also, males typically tend to enjoy more physical activities such as
football however most of my target audience do not have high/any income therefore more cheap activities
such as walking are more likely to appeal generally for my target audience. Also, in terms of gaming, there
can be certain ways my target audience exercises and also plays games, a prime example I could
reference is Ring Fit Adventure which was commonly used during lockdown as those who could stay
motivated would use that or other alternatives to stay active and healthy. My target audience also does
not like pure healthy foods like salad as they can be considered as “boring.” My target audience is more
than likely going to gravitate towards balanced meals such as Nandos which are healthy and also
delicious.
