I have a M.A. in Communication Studies, and currently teach at 2 community colleges. Courses I teach include public speaking and interpersonal communication. In the past, I've volunteered as a resource coordinator for NAMI (a mental health outreach service), The American Diabetes Association, The Southern Books Festival, and speech competitions. I have managed small businesses and hotels in the business world, in addition to working as a freelance graphic designer.
