2. • The Zambian Entrepreneurship Learning & Training
Platform is an Electronically based Environment that was
recently designed in 2014 to facilitate development of
innovative ideas through skills training, knowledge
sharing and networking among would be entrepreneurs in
Zambia and change makers across the global using Online
and Offline environment (www.nchitonet.com/business/moodle).
3. • The company behind this initiative is known as Nchitonet
Dot Com Ltd., a locally based startup company that
packages and shares information on Open Source & Free
Software to the Zambian business community
(www.nchitonet.com).
4. • The main goal of the Zambian Entrepreneurship Learning
& Training Platform is to contribute towards development
of a more sustainable entrepreneurship community that
is aware of present challenges and seeks to find solutions
through innovation, skills training and networking in
Zambia and the global world at large.

schools and communities,

Technologies (ICTs) in the support of Entrepreneurship
6. The Learning and Trainings programs will be delivered in
both online and offline modes. Traditional workshops and
meetings will also be blended to support physical
interactions and networking. Training program will be
packaged in DVDs/CDs/USBs using special software that
transfers online system to run offline on computer drives
7. Everyone is welcome to become a learner on the Zambian
Entrepreneurship Training Platform. However, there could
be other special programs that may only be available to
specific groups (e.g. women, youths, unemployed, etc.).
We expect more learners to come from local Colleges,
Universities, Small and Medium Enterprise communities.

• How to manage Common Financial Documents in Business
• How to design and conduct Market Research in Business
• How to build customer confidence and a good network
• How to promote innovation and technology in business
• How to protect people and the environment we live in
9. Courses will be designed by local entrepreneurs from the rich
Zambian community of entrepreneurs with reputable
experience in their respective business. Course Designers will
participate in an Instruction Designing Training Program that
will equip them with skills and knowledge in designing and
facilitating e-learning programs for entrepreneurs.
10. Course designers will create interactive lessons, such as adding
audio, video, text and illustrations on an electronic learning
platform that will engage learners in critical thinking, group work,
individual tasks and enjoying the course lessons. They will also
use different tools and resources available on the e-learning
system to test learners competence, view or edit their grade
books and give feedbacks and recommendations.
11. Courses will be sponsored by local and international
entrepreneurs, organisations and government departments .
Program sponsors will choose which entrepreneurial course
they will sponsor from a list of proposed courses. Individuals,
groups, or network members can also become course
sponsors.
12. Sponsors will be able to set standard prices for full course
programs that they have sponsored and the revenues
generated will become their profits. They will also be able to
award scholarships to learners and support entrepreneurs
with great ideas to help them turn their business ideas into
true sustainable business innovations
