Our services have developed over the past 15 years. Starting out as
marketing, communications and business growth consultants, servicing clients
in a wide range of sectors and business of all sizes, from SME’s to major Blue-
Chips. HuntRevenue works with clients seeking to accelerate their business
growth. We provided both practical and strategic support.
When businesses grow, they regularly need additional funding, and so
HuntFunding was created as a branded service extension. We pride ourselves
in being able to provide a comprehensive range of marketing,
communications and funding solutions to ensure we can provide the vision to
meet and address the majority of business growth challenges and goals.
We have the ability to provide access to funders and investors able to support
raises ranging from tens of thousands to multi millions of pounds.

Our objective is to ensure clients maximise the full potential of their business.
Within our team we are able to assist in all phases of a business’s growth which
include Franchising and Licensing of both product and services; Corporate
mining to identify potentially unexploited addition revenue streams;
opportunities associated with Cross-border trading; Growth through acquisition.
Additionally, within our internal practical support portfolio we have web design
and build, video presentations, telemarketing and enhanced emailing services,
all supporting social media, able to raise awareness and develop investor
relations.
OUR SERVICES
HuntFunding
Not only do we provide access to a range of financial solutions to meet most
businesses funding challenges, but our key USP is that we work with our clients to
ensure they are fully investment ready.
This can take many forms and ranges from:
1 analysis and stress testing of business plans including their cashflow forecasting,
2 comparing the claims in the business plan with independent data on the sector
3 Assessment of SWOT analysis
4 interacting with the clients professional advisors to ensure all numbers stand up to
rigorous funder or investor examination
We then provide a range of investment communications tools that can include
‘off line’ investor websites, pitch video’s, pitch stacks, investor webinars.
We may also assist in building advisor and Non Exec Director boards to strengthen
the overall exec team for a raise.
In some cases as part of a growth campaign we may consider and assist in an
acquisition program to build revenues and proposition robustness.

OUR OPERATIONAL STATUS
We pride ourselves in being a marketing and communications lead
facilitator, with many years experience contacts and relationships with a
huge range of funding and investor relationships. HuntFunding is not
licensed or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not
provide financial advice. Our funding deals are only made available to an
investor community made up of regulated organisations, High Net Worth
and Sophisticated Investors
We strongly recommend that our clients and investors seek appropriate
professional advice before entering into any contract.
HuntFunding makes no warranties or representations as to the Buyer, Seller
or Transaction. All final due diligence is the responsibility of the mentioned
parties.
WHAT WE DO AND HOW
We take our clients needs and aspirations and work with them to turn them into
a commercial reality.
On an individual basis, we assess all the facets of the business and needs, its
executive team, their market, financial stature and their goals. We then
consider if we are the correct fit for the client and their project.
Our business is driven by our success fees from the applicant. We are not tied to
any one investor, Angel, Venture Capital house or bank. We blend the finance
to suit the applicant’s needs.
As we are investing our valuable time and expertise in the projects we take on,
we select applicants very carefully, offering contracts only to those applications
which, in our view, are likely to succeed.
Our terms and conditions are laid out in the section “FEES AND BUDGET
STRUCTURE”
We utilise our portfolio of marketing, communications, business skills and
resources backed by our knowledge and contacts in the funding sector to
create and present the most compelling investment or funding case, in
anticipation of a successful raise.
OUR PROCESS
A four phase process
Phase 1
 Client sign off the NDA and complete and return the Application Information and supply as much or little information
as is available
 We review the information and materials provided
 Should we feel there is a practical opportunity for a raise we arrange a call to run through any questions
 At this point we will take a decision to either reject the application or to offer engagement terms.
Phase 2
 We establish a initial review meeting and scope the required tasks of the pre funding launch
 We present a commercial proposal describing the scope of work. The Proposal includes the retained and success fee
structure and any third party costs.
 The Client agrees terms in writing
 We generate an agreement clearly laying out Terms & Conditions
 Client returns the signed agreement and we issue an initial invoice for immediate settlement. Our terms are pre
payment on a monthly basis.
Phase 3
 We begin pre launch tasks with regular review meetings either online or face to face.
 Begin investment engagement
Phase 4
 Successful raise
FEES AND BUDGET STRUCTURE
We charge fees because we consider our work valuable, and our process adds value. But before any financial
commitment is made from the client, we review all associated materials provided, plus your stated requirements.
This we do at ‘No Fee’.
Only if you formally agreed in writing that we should proceed, and only once appointed, will our results focused fee
structure be put in place.
We operate a two-tier charging structure:
1. Retainer
We normally charge a retained fee of between £500-£3000 a month for an initial three months. The final value for the
monthly retainer is dependent on the work required to make the client proposition investment ready. We take a retainer on
a monthly basis, paid in advance, with a regular review at the end of every 30 day cycle to ensure all is proceeding on
time.
2. Success Fee
Charged on the total value of funds raised, payment only when fees are received by.
the client
Depending on the particular project raise, our success fee normally ranges from 4-1% of the total value, as follows. In cases
where there is little collateral or cases that require seeking specialist investors, projects will be individually quoted, on a case
by case basis.
• 0 - 20 million 4%
• 20 - 40 million 3%
• 40 - 60 million 2%
• 60 million + 1%
3. Formal Agreement
Having received and accepted our proposal we will provide a formal engagement agreement for signature. This
agreement contains all terms and conditions clearly described

As we are investing our valuable time and expertise in the projects we take on, we select applicants very carefully, offering contracts only to those applications which, in our view, are likely to succeed. OUR PROCESS A four phase process Phase 1  Client sign off the NDA and complete and return the Application Information and supply as much or little information as is available  We review the information and materials provided  Should we feel there is a practical opportunity for a raise we arrange a call to run through any questions  At this point we will take a decision to either reject the application or to offer engagement terms. Phase 2  We establish a initial review meeting and scope the required tasks of the pre funding launch  We present a commercial proposal describing the scope of work. The Proposal includes the retained and success fee structure and any third party costs.  The Client agrees terms in writing  We generate an agreement clearly laying out Terms & Conditions  Client returns the signed agreement and we issue an initial invoice for immediate settlement. Our terms are pre payment on a monthly basis. Phase 3  We begin pre launch tasks with regular review meetings either online or face to face.  Begin investment engagement Phase 4  Successful raise
  • 12. FEES AND BUDGET STRUCTURE We charge fees because we consider our work valuable, and our process adds value. But before any financial commitment is made from the client, we review all associated materials provided, plus your stated requirements. This we do at ‘No Fee’. Only if you formally agreed in writing that we should proceed, and only once appointed, will our results focused fee structure be put in place. We operate a two-tier charging structure: 1. Retainer We normally charge a retained fee of between £500-£3000 a month for an initial three months. The final value for the monthly retainer is dependent on the work required to make the client proposition investment ready. We take a retainer on a monthly basis, paid in advance, with a regular review at the end of every 30 day cycle to ensure all is proceeding on time. 2. Success Fee Charged on the total value of funds raised, payment only when fees are received by. the client Depending on the particular project raise, our success fee normally ranges from 4-1% of the total value, as follows. In cases where there is little collateral or cases that require seeking specialist investors, projects will be individually quoted, on a case by case basis. • 0 - 20 million 4% • 20 - 40 million 3% • 40 - 60 million 2% • 60 million + 1% 3. Formal Agreement Having received and accepted our proposal we will provide a formal engagement agreement for signature. This agreement contains all terms and conditions clearly described
