CAUTIONS
- The surface must be even and without imperfections.
- The black primer coat must be fully dry before the application
of the following coats.
- Avoid touching/sanding the primer surface before the application
of the following coats.
- Chrome Surface basecoat must be thoroughly homogenized inside the original
container before use.
- Chrome Surface basecoat must be applied with spray guns with nozzle 0.8-1.0
at Air pressure from 2.5 to 3.0 bar, by means of several consecutive light coats,
until getting the desired effect.
- Wait 3/5 minutes at air temperature after the application of Chrome Surface
basecoat and later apply the specific transparent finishing clearcoat.
- After the transparent clearcoat has dried for 10 minutes at air temperature, dry the
other elements of Chrome Surface System for at least 45 minutes at 60° C.
- The full physical-chemical resistances are achieved few days after the physical
drying of the surface.
