This particular release delivers Rapid Progress in multiple areas such asBusiness Process ExcellenceMobility infrastructure and applicationsPerformance & ScalabilityEnhancement of XRM capabilitiesLast but not the least Social. The internal collaboration capabilities that were available with Yammer for our online customers are now available also to our On Premise customers.
Microsoft’s approach to CRM is simple we provide powerful set of solutions from sales, customer service, marketing solutions and extended CRM capabilities deployed in the cloud or private cloud that can be consumed via traditional PCs, Browsers or mobile devices. Extended CRM means we provide easy to use tools to extend the application to support any time of scenrio you want to manage. We have customer examples that manage military troops in the field. We in Dynamics actually use CRM for product launch management. The toolset allows you to extend to particular industries or capabilities that are limitless.
