2. Investhill manages assets (financial and real state/others assets), for its own account or third
parts account, to optimize income and growth by generating positive responsible risk-adjusted
returns. Investhill offers to work with clients and partners investors/owners (individual and
institutional, national and international, public and private, for-profit and non-profit) to pro-
vides them professional asset (investments) management services with integrity in the objec-
tive to sustainably optimize income and growth, and by preserving assets in the primary inter-
est of investors/owners. Investhill offers to assist clients and partners to implement their invest-
ment plan and to be able to achieve their investment goals. Investhill offers to clients and part-
ners various asset management services, including services such as investment analysis, asset
allocation, portfolio construction, asset valorization and revenues optimization.
Financial Assets
Investment Analysis
Investhill assist clients and partners investors to analyze investment, in terms of estimating the
fundamental value of the potential investments and identifying attractive assets. The invest-
ment’s fundamental value, also called intrinsic value, indicates the price/cost that clients and
partners investors would pay for the investment if they have a complete understanding of the
investment’s characteristics.
Asset Allocation
Investhill assist clients and partners investors to determine the proportion of a portfolio that
should be invested in various asset classes to help clients and partners meet their investment
goals. Asset classes include cash, equity and debt securities, and alternative investments (such
as private equity, real estate, commodities, …etc.). Equity and debt securities may be further
divided, such as into foreign and domestic. Investhill assess the risk and return characteristics of
potential investments, to determine the appropriate allocation to each of the various asset
classes.
Portfolio Construction
Investhill assist clients and partners investors to invest in the attractive securities and assets it
identified through its investment analysis, taking into account clients and partners’ require-
ments and appropriate asset allocation. Inveshill can trades securities and assets; holds, man-
ages, and accounts for the securities and assets during the period of investment; and evaluates
the performance of the investment

strategies for assets or real estate investments (including goods/resources for residential, com-
mercial, professional, logistics, tertiary utilization and more). Investhill offers to assure adminis-
trative, commercial and financial follow-up/monitoring of real estate/assets portfolio that it has
