In this session, I’ll share approaches we employed to increase the likelihood of success through DevOps adoption by: -Offering of a common Continuous Delivery Service, similar to industry offerings from Codeship.io, CloudBees, and others -Establishing a Maturity Model to help teams incrementally adopt DevOps practices -Coaching teams through Kaizen sessions to eliminate bottlenecks and waste in their value stream
