IT.integro’s founding dates back to 1991. Since April 2001, the company has been operating as one of the Optimus S.A holding companies. Presently, IT. integro Sp. z o.o. is a
fully independent company operating as an implementation project provider. In 1996, we established cooperation with Navision from Denmark, and in 1997 as a first
company in Poland, we obtained the Navision Solution Center title. As of 2002, when Navision was acquired by Microsoft Corporation, we started a mutual cooperation
which is evidenced by a great number of distinctions and achievements.

The production plant employs 50 employees and is equipped in the most modern production
machinery. The main products at Bama’s technological line are filled deep-frozen cakes, muffins and
pizza dough that is frozen on the production line.

 The scope of implementation: two separate business entities. The companies
had separate warehouses, accounting and customer databases. Thus, data

Sample implementation project in the manufacturing, distribution and service industries
Instalcompact Sp. z o.o.and Instalcompact Service Sp. z o.o. are equity related companies operating on
on the markets of pump systems as well as water and sewage systems. The first of the companies
develops and produces the devices, whereas the other provides maintenance services. The growth of the
companies has led to the increased demand for an integrated management tool meaning an ERP
system.

Cross Jeanswear Co. is a Turkish company which belongs to Cross Jeans Pazarlama ve Ticaret A.S. with
its headquarters in Turkey. The company owns stores located in Turkey, Austria, the Czech Republic,
Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Holland, Belgium, Poland and Slovakia as well as Switzerland. The
brand has been developing its European business operations since the 1970’s.

 Implementation scope: for its distribution network, BMW Poland implemented a
branch solution based on the Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision i.e. the
MBS-Navision/incadea software which encompasses all areas of dealer business
operations. Sales of new and used vehicles, spare parts and accessories as well
as guarantee and post-guarantee service, customer data base management. The
system encompasses reporting, allocations and controlling and information
exchange between dealers and Polish headquarters.

the Polish market, accounting regulations and user interface translation.
BMW Poland
Sample implementation project in the manufacturing and distribution industries (cars, spare parts)
BMW Poland is an official representative of BMW Group offering BMW vehicles and motorcycles, MINI
vehicles as well as spare parts and accessories. One of the most important tasks for BMW Poland which
has been operating in Poland since 2001, was to adjust IT management within its sales chain to the EU
and BMW Group standards.

of various brands including New Era, O'neill, Lotto, Umbro, Head, Confront, Feewear and Lacoste
footwear line and many other.

VBH Polska Sp. z o.o. is a part of the international VBH concern which specializes in the sales of
construction fittings. Its product portfolio is being continually extended. The present company offer

OT Logistics S.A. is a logistic company operating on the European transportation market with its capital
group consisting of several dozen companies with various business profiles. The company’s main focus
is inland waterway shipping; however, it also provides foreshore transportation services, waterway
transportation management services, gravel and sand excavation, real estate rent, warehousing and
storage as well as transshipments. The company owns 300 vessels with a total load capacity of 100 000
tons.

The analysis is a formal project starting point. It
covers activities required to initiate and plan the
project as well as a process analysis which can be
extended to the adjustment of existing processes
and design of new ones.

At this stage, the guidelines on how specific requirements will

The purpose of this stage is to end all components
specified at the project stage (interface,
modifications) and preparation of tools for data
migration, test data migration, historical data

Development includes the preparation of batch jobs
for acceptance tests and full test version of the

Go live
The stage involves end user trainings and acceptance tests. The
final data migration is conducted and the Go-live Checklist is
confirmed. The startup stage means completion of work in the
old system and starting with the new one.
