5 x Quality Assurance Technicians (QA’s)
12 Month Contract/40Hrs per week
Responsible to steer the respective QSB’s to conduct initial problem analysis / assessment of
supplier liability for ‘Non-Conforming Material’ (NCM). With responsibility to manage the
subsequent containment process professionally ensuring communication of status and information
to the relevant technology support functions and supplier base. Responsible across all shift models
and for components within all production areas

5 x Supplier Quality Assurance Engineers (SQA’s)
Responsible for Quality Assurance of all purchased parts would suit a candidate with a proven track
record in Supplier Quality Assurance.
A technically strong candidate with knowledge of automotive technology and product development.
SQA contribution to early-phase concept work and supplier nomination.
SQA activities within the simultaneous engineering teams and at suppliers as part of the
industrialisation process (NPI - APQP & PPAP)
Proactive & reactive Supplier Development activities, impacting on supplier process yield, continuity
of supply and product quality. Hands-on experience of Lean Manufacturing.
German language skills are desirable.

Experienced HSE Advisor
Provide competent health and safety advice including technical and operational expertise
General Certificate in Health and Safety Management or equivalent

Implementation and maintenance of safety management system

2. Interior Trim Planner
Evaluate new products, bespoke features and change requests.
Assess feasibility to manufacture, providing suggestions to do so and ensuring incorporation into
design concept, ensuring engineered part can be made and to the optimum quality, cost and meet
legal requirements Based on released Design/CAD, develop the detailed timing plan, process, and
costs
Ensure legal requirements are met and recorded.
Validate production or bespoke process through capability studies, defining key characteristics for fit
form and function.
Ensure process times are incorporated into headcount planning, evaluate efficiency savings to
continuously improve costs and achieve targets.
Educated to degree level or equivalent in an engineering discipline

HR Administrator
Must have experience entering and manipulating large quantities of data High level of computer
literacy, especially centred around Microsoft Office, and any database experience will be beneficial
3 years process planning role with the following skills
Excellent organisational, presentation and problem solving skills
High level of communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills and must work effectively with
internal production, development and planning functions as well as external suppliers.
Knowledge and experience of SAP
Good IT skills
Fluent English is essential and basic German is desirable

Industrial Engineer (MOST)
To provide Industrial Engineering support for current series production, Machining, Assembly &
Logistics projects for both direct and indirect functions
To work with series production teams to identify process method improvements and support their
delivery into production
Application of method study techniques to analyse process methods identify waste and develop
improvement solutions.
Development of time standards using standard data systems (MTM or UAS)
Develop new and modify existing assembly line balances to integrate changes
Qualified to HNC &/or Degree level in engineering (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent)

3. Facilities Management Specialist
Management & Coordination of projects/FCRS
Enabling team by training them on different project methods

Project Management Quality Assurance
5 years’ experience in a technical engineering capacity (preferably manufacturing)
2 years’ experience in leading a team in a specialist role (preferably within a network capacity)
Strong background in facility and energy management, engineering or consulting experience in a
corporate, complex business environment encompassing multiple facilities in a diverse geography.
Experience in the planning and management of Facility Management systems and services inclusive
of Energy management.
Proactive and solid problem solving skills for complex systems using recognised processes (FMECA,
8D)
Formal management qualifications are desirable such as membership of recognised professional
body(s) within Facility and Energy Management disciplines e.g. : BIFM, IFMA and IEA

Structural Planner
We are looking for an experience planner, with Extensive knowledge of facilities
management/maintenance, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
This person will be getting involved in all aspects of structural changes to the site, which may include
activities ranging from building and extending parts of the facility, relocating teams around the plant,
incorporating new equipment into the existing line, or even sourcing and arranging tentage for
storing additional vehicles when necessary.
Strong demonstrable experience in facilities management, good knowledge of how town planning,
H&S policies, Building regulations, and other legislation will impact plans, and how to negotiate
these effectively, from the outset.
Project Management of all processes through development into the plant process chain.
Change Management control.
Robust processes defined and actioned through an FMEA approach.
Definition of process through standardised work instruction.
Process compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
Technical equipment selection to comply with latest legal requirements.
Maintenance of processes to conform to TS16949 requirements.
Effective management of RFQ’s for equipment and services from concept through delivery and
controlled future maintenance.
Experienced user in FMEA and Process Instructions
Possesses analytical and data interrogation skills.
Problem solver capable of coaching others.
