RHIME team won Huawei award, Salesforce award and 2nd TMForum OpenHack prize. Our project introduces gamification to city issue management, by using Salesforce platform for IoT and ticket handling, together with Huawei and Vodafone APIs. Also, AI is used to pre-analyse the images received from the drone and set the priority (e.g. if fire or massive flooding is detected).
