PANTHEON is localized for several countries and available in sev-
eral more languages. Localization means that the program has
been adapted to the laws and regulations of the country where
it is used. For some languages, only a translation is available,
without any country specifics. PANTHEON is localized for many
countries of Southeast Europe.
Multi-language
The localization and the language of the program can be freely
combined, making it flexible for the needs of a multi-language
speaking company, for example with a subsidiary in Croatia or a
German-speaking director of a Slovenian company. Data from
all locations is brought together in one place and is accessible
anytime. Planning, tracking and control in the whole group are
finally possible.
The program is localized for Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia

Tailored to Your Needs
Each next edition has all the features of the edition below it and
some more. The simplest edition is PANTHEON LT, intended for
micro businesses. One of the more advanced editions, PANTHE-
ON ME, contains all the features of PANTHEON SE plus some of
its own specific features.
Along with the frequent legislation
changes must also PANTHEON change.
Upgrades are released every three
months. Applying upgrades is mostly
automated; with a click, the new version is
downloaded and applied on all computers
that use the program.
To receive upgrades, you have to conclude
an upgrade subscription and once per year
pay the upgrade fee, which is calculated
from the number of licenses you have.
In Hosting, the upgrade subscription is
included in the price.

total fee, up to 15% after five years.
Advanced users can conclude the upgrade
subscription Plus, which entitles them to
directly contact PANTHEON developers,
provide input to its development and enjoy
priority with support requests.
Even more, the upgrade subscription
allows you to download data from public
databases directly into the program, for
example exchange rates, company infor-
mation* (no need to type addresses),
blocked accounts, etc.
You can also conclude a maintenance
contract with Datalab; there three pack-
ages available according to the edition
and number of licenses you have. Each
package entitles you some support time
and a discount for Datalab’s services and

What is PANTHEON in the cloud?
All the data you are entering into the program (e.g. invoices,
payroll, inventory) is saved in the database, which requires a
database server to run. The server is always active to make data
accessible at all times; the server also employs several security
measures to prevent data loss.
Normally, you would have to take care of all the server in-
frastructure yourself or through a service provider, including
maintenance. With PANTHEON Hosting, you are free of all those
concerns; the database is stored in a data center with state-of-
the-art security and hardware. This is not a web application that
you run in your internet browser; you have the normal PANTHE-
ON client running on your computer and it connects to your da-
tabase over the internet. You need only the PANTHEON program
and a sufficiently fast internet connection to use Hosting.
The PANTHEON Hosting monthly subscription fee includes:
