PRODUCTION:
Choice of manufacturing method and optimization have a decisive
impact on the properties of the polymers. We have a experienced
and qualified team, with a good understanding of production pro-
cess and polymers.
We have our manufacturing facilities in Bawana Industrial Area,
Delhi with a warehousing capacity near by.
Our group has successfully introduced over 9 assembly lines and 7
washing lines which are in line with the German technology. We
have approximately production capacity of 900 metric ton for
most of our product lines. Our production team put their energies
to ensure that all the material process using standard quality pro-
cedures.

QUALITY: RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
We have well established quality assurance lab that ensures that
products are made as per the international standards and as per
the customer's needs.
We test our products on following parameters in our in-house lab
1) Izod Impact
2) Melt flow index
3) Tensile strength
4) Ash content, etc.
We even get our product ROHS compliance done on a regular
basis
