Girth Gears can be manufactured in 2, 4, 8 segments
and both T and Y sections.
Weight up to 80 Metric Tonnes.
Girth gears can be manufactured
for hardness ranges between 180 - 350 BHN

Stotz Gears can manufacture high torque,
high precision integral and non integral mill pinions
for Horizontal Ball Mills, SAG and
Rotary Kiln Application.
Mill pinions are manufcatured from high quality materials
meeting all AGMA metallurgical requirements for a long
and a problem free future.
Key Features:
Mill pinions are manufactured up to (AGMA/DIN/ISO)
standards and up to 55 module.
Integral pinions are manufactured up to 4 meter long,
up to 55 module with maximum gear face width of
1.2m.
Mill pinions can be manufactured as integral with the shaft
or without the shaft.
